These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33winph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the 33winph Platform. 33winph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 33winph will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 33winph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 33winph does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 33winph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 33winph Platform by 33winph or any affiliated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

33winph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 33winph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 33winph may, at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or other documentation before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33winph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33winph support immediately via live chat.

All transactions on the 33winph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 33winph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 33winph's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 33winph account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 33winph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 33winph within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 33winph does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account. 33winph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.

• Funds deposited into your 33winph account may only be used for gaming on the Platform.
• 33winph does not pay interest on account balances.
• Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.
• In the event of suspected fraud or money laundering, 33winph reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation.

33winph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 33winph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 33winph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

33winph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Random number generators (RNGs) used in 33winph's electronic games are designed to produce statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game, 33winph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 33winph's decision in such circumstances is final. Bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at 33winph's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33winph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33winph staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

33winph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33winph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 33winph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 33winph's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33winph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33winph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied and no legal hold applies.

You may close your 33winph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

33winph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
